Join us for a 45 minutes drive to  Playa del Carmen  then board the ferry for a 45  minutes cruise to Cozumel that has long been the setting for underwater films of Jacques Coussteau and Ramon Bravo and it is renowned as a diving center, this island’s name comes from the Mayan word Cuzamil (the place of the shallows). This is an island of white beaches, turquoise seas and green jungle, her southwest coast bordered by impressive coral structures, part of the second most important reefs on the Planet. One of the most interesting facts from the Island is The Cozumel Reefs National Marine Park. Created by Presidential Decree, July 19th, 1996. It embraces the southwest, south and southeast coast of the island and contains approximately 85% of the diving sites on Cozumel, a total area of 11,987.5 hectares (67,133 acres), including the maritime-terrestrial federal zone.
